Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile glass containers and diffusers are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
