What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
We use a premium, eco-friendly soy wax blend that is 100% biodegradable and paraffin-free, ensuring a clean and long-lasting burn for your home.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Scentiment ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our fragrance delivery to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. If you are not satisfied with your scent, simply contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
How can I make my candles last longer?
To maximize burn time, always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and allow the wax pool to reach the edge of the jar during every burn to prevent tunneling.
Are your fragrances safe for pets?
Yes, our fragrances are formulated without phthalates or parabens. However, we always recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of curious paws.
